Directional Well Company has 40 employees (including 10 senior engineers and 30 engineers), 15 sets of MWD (with maximum compression strength of 25000 PSI and temperature resistance of 180 °C) and 3 sets of LWD (with maximum compression strength of 20000 PSI and temperature resistance of 150 °C). The Company, with the principal market in Xinjiang, can make 15 teams operate at the same time.
